Regenerate config files for new versions
Config Changes:
- ArchitectureCraft
- fix large pulley recipe (was conflicting with wooden gear)
- Extra Utilities
- remove Deep Dark Portal recipe (the Deep Dark was already disabled, but you could still make the portal if you wanted to crash your world)
- remove alternate Angel Ring shaped recipes. Now you really do need to progress through Simply Jetpacks (shapeless recipes are still there so you can convert your Angel Ring to different versions)
