Cleanup Additions Update

Since Every compat covers the necessary wood types for the modpack, there was no longer a need for the Biomes O' Plenty variants of the Macaw's mods. They were removed, as to remove the duplicate items. (Also, added Macaw's fences! More building options = better)

Added No Chat Reports, because let's be honest, that was a terrible addition to 1.19.

Added Just Enough Resoures to complement JEI - helpful information!

To go back to embracing the very roots of this modpack, I added a couple more addons for both Ars Nouveau & Create. It's been some time since I've touched up on this modpack's core.
