- Every land's sanctuary has its own boss now, each with its own model, animations and size. At its third tier a land lays its Seal on the altar instead of its Fragment; used on the altar, the Seal calls the boss, who keeps the Fragment. Forest: The Woodcutter (150 health). Plains, Hills, Desert and Taiga: The Scarecrow, The Grinder, The Sun Pharaoh and The Illusionist (250). Swamp, Ocean, Tundra and Savanna: The Bog Witch, The Drowned Captain, The Iceologer and The Pride Lion (350). Peaks, Jungle and Badlands: The Gale, The Faded Priest and The Wildfire (450).

- The land is the arena: the boss rises on open ground just outside the shrine. It has half again its health for each player beyond the first within 48 blocks, and under half health it roars and calls its reinforcements. It drops its land's Fragment, experience and 8 of its land's ore. When every player near has fallen, or none has come within 64 blocks for 30 seconds, the boss leaves and the Seal lies on the altar again: try once more.

- A world whose land already reached its third tier gets that land's Seal too: its fight is optional and gives no second Fragment.

- The Nether Guardian has its own model and fight (350 health, four Cinderlings at half health). A Strange Seed on an altar in the Nether still calls it.

- The Void Colossus takes the Ender Dragon's place (500 health): it takes no harm while a pillar's crystal stands, and its fall opens the exit portal, adds a gateway and lays the egg, with the End fragment the first time. A world whose dragon is already dead sees no Colossus.

- The Grey (800 health) rises at the Primordial Heart's altar once the Grand Accord has held, and its fall brings the Apogee. An Accord called before 0.3.3 goes straight to the Apogee.

- Re:Avaritia joins: the 25 Mechanical Crafters give the Primordial Core, and the Heart is made from it on the Extreme table. The tables come in order (sculk, Nether, End, Extreme) and cost what the pack gives; creative recipes are removed. A new optional Infinity chapter follows the Apogee.

- Sculk catalysts, sensors and shriekers are made by hand; a diamond-or-better sieve finds sculk and echo shards in soul sand.

- Enclosures count the crops butterflies and bees ripen.

- 2 mods join, 97 in all: EntityJS and Re:Avaritia. The quest book has 272 quests.
