What's new

Fixed the DRG for Overworld dimension.  It now works properly and accepts the Overworld Catalyst.

--We totally didn't forget to test this before we released it...  Definite thorough testing happened here.  Totally not a Mediocre move.

 

Fixed the following seeds that were not working with botany pots:

--apatite
--basalt
--marble
--ruby
--sapphire

 

-Removed nitrate from the saltpeter essence recipes so the IE Crusher has to be used to obtain nitrate for herbicide.

-Updated Low Covalence Dust to use Coal instead of Charcoal, giving each dust an EMC value of 1
-Added checkbox quest for the overworld DRG
