What's new

-Fixed recipe conflicts for Refined Storage fluid storage quests so those should now be able to be completed.

-Fixed Wither Skeleton bee not having a feeding item

-Removed Rubber Seeds and Essence

-Adjust Power Pots to produce much more essence per Tier (T2 x64, T3 x128, T4 x256)
