Added recipe to Industrial Foregoing 'Tree Fluid Extractor' for liquid 'Crushed Ice'.
Added recipe to Thermal Expansion 'Fluid Transposer' for liquid 'Crushed Ice'.
Registered 22 additional Thermal Expansion coolants. I will add most of these coolants for Ender IO as well at a later time.
Nerfed Water as a Thermal Expansion coolant.
Made some configuration changes to Extreme Reactors. Most notably, reactor glass now requires obsidian glass, and cyanite cannot be crafted manually now (liquid cyanite is a very very good coolant now).
