By default, walls are still on- if you want them off- remove the "w".
* Several subtle bugs turned up as a result of smoothing.
* Main fix: a literal "edge" case where a creature's a little corner of their hit box was holding them up on a higher block. This resulted in the game saying they were on the ground but also saying they were standing on air.
It's closed, now when creatures are standing on air, Regrowth will skip them until they are back firmly on solid ground.

Two users have reported a crash bug involving animals attempting to grow grass on select BYG blocks- most likely the Grassy Stone Block.
This patch catches the exception if it occurs has a few extra debugging statements if debuglevel = 1.
It is *not* the permanent fix because there is some unexpected behavior users may not prefer.
In this version, if a cow (or other animal which grows short grass and flowers) is wandering on BYG overgrown stone, it will grow a flower about every 4 minutes (you can reduce this or disable it in the config file). After it grows a flower, if it wanders back across the flower, it will eat a flower about every 4 minutes. And if it eats a flower, it will turn the overgrown stone beneath it to a minecraft dirt block about 25% of the time.
While this might be cool for some- I think many users would not prefer their byg grassy stone mountains slowly being turned to normal grass and dirt blocks.
So, there will be another release this week which disables this behavior. I could make it a configuration option- but I'm concerned the config file is already a bit long.

* Tool stats now build on create for all tools instead of just non-multipart. Only affects tools that did not already build stats
* Blazing bone tools now render fullbright
* Fix material registry not syncing to players on LAN worlds

* Fix mob pathing around table blocks. If any blocks still have weird pathing let me know as its hard to catch them all

* Slimes now are more consistent with vanilla, including follow range and update speed. This may affect spawning rates as well, needs more testing

* Rename slimy grass after foliage type instead of dirt, as foliage type has unique behaviors related to slime spawning
