Blacklisted fireflies from Neat; that looked really dumb.

Disabled a recently added Integrated Dynamics item; didn't fit the balance of the pack.

Changed the Meneglin Discovery questline to no longer require visiting the Meneglin; band-aid solution for the biome sometimes not spawning.
