- Added AI Improvements

- Changed all custom items from ContentTweaker items to CustomItems items

      - THIS WILL BREAK EXISTING WORLDS

      - Removed FluxedCore, BlockDrops, and ContentTweakerm replaced with CustomItems

      - Added ResourceLoader

      - Fixed block drop exploit with Inventory Insertion and BlockDrops modified blocks

      - Fixed fluid buckets, with both tanks and in the world

     - Impure Graphite and Permafrost now need a Jackhammer to break effectively, and Impure Graphite now drops the dust itself

- Fixed exploit with Tungsten-Alloy Steel dust, Immersive Engineering Crusher, and Pulse Jet Furnace

- Redid Arc Furnace to be more consistent and only accept dusts or ores

      - As such, Energetic Alloy Dust has been added
