16 Pixelmon Ghosts-1.1.12b.zip
What's new
v 1.1.12 Changelog
Optimization mods
- Magnesium (one of the four optimization mods added in v 1.1.11) has been disabled for causing problems with lower end computers. You are welcome to reactivate it on your own machine if it wasn't causing problems for you.
Other Mods
- JEI has been downgraded to version 1009, which was the latest stable release. This appears to fix some bugs involving the crafting table.
Spawning Fixes
- Ashen Pokemon should now spawn correctly in End.
- Alolan Geodude no longer needs redstone dust to spawn in the Crystalline Chasm.
- Mighthyena spawn rate improved by a factor of 8, now replaces houndoom spawn for its biome.
- Paldean wooper no longer requires water nearby to spawn. This should get around some of the jankiness with 'needed nearby blocks'. Mud is already sufficient.
- Wurmadam Plant and Trash cloaks should no longer spawn on sand.
- Mothim's outdoor requirement for clear weather was fixed.
- Pink Gloom and Vileplume spawn rate raised.
- Sunkern no longer spawns on sand.
- Venomoth can now be pink
- Pink Diglett and Lechonk should now both spawn in the Visceral Heap.
- Spawn enhancements for Floette/Florges/Flabebe now correctly use palette instead of form.
- MrRime should now spawn in the Hypogeal properly.
- Beedrill pink now spawns everywhere without a beehive; Regular Weedle now spawns near beehive.
- Pumpkaboo and Oddish both have spawns increased to account for jankiness with the 'needed nearby blocks' requirement.
- Sweet Scent should now properly spawn Pokemon. Pokemon still have spawn conditions (e.g. base block, y level, etc.). Some of their rarer held items have had their percentage rates increased to give a sweet scent incentive.

- Bounsweet's whole line was added so you have a chance of getting kicked in the face by an unreasonably high level Tsareena.

- When Spirit Eevee is available, so is Spirit Umbron
- Gossifleur Line
- Levels are lower than regular occuring Gossifleur.
- Eldegloss added.
- Burmy Line
- Burmy are a special case in that they are the fallback mon for Y levels of the starting
- Spawn rate is quite low (10)
- Sand Burmy requires standing on a sand base block
- Trash and Plant Burm compete on non-sand base blocks
- When you use Sweet Scent, the game doesn't know if you're standing on a block from the Manmade/Indoors or Land/Underground lists, nor whether there's a roof or not. Therefore, no weather applies to Sweet Scent usages.
- A few Sweet Scent biomes were also added to the nether
- Carnivine and Roselia
- Undergrowth
- Heracross & Pinsir
- Warped Forest
- Scyther
- Crimson Forest
- Impidimp Line

- Carnivine and Roselia
Recipe Fixes
- Recipe for fossil machine display has been fixed. The recipe was getting overwritten by a zenscript that was ported from 1.12.2 on accident.
- Ruby, Sapphire and Amethyst have had their melting points lifted.
Loot Fixes
- Fishing loot with Pokemon rods now correctly generates skeleton skulls; the json entry was incorrect, resulting in people fishing up 'Air.'
- It should now be possible to silk-touch the qualrtz crystals in the quartz desert.
Quest Fixes
- Legendary Vouchers are now properly consumed when completing quests.
- The Wailing Abyss no longer requires you to fight Umbreon and Taurus just to 'find' the biome; these are now solely part of the 2nd and 1st evolution quests, as intended.
- The Undergrowth 2nd evolution quest should open normally now; it was accidentally gated behind the Necronium Bone quest.
- Withering woods quest now correctly registers visiting the Withering woods.
- Some spelling mistakes fixed.
- Merged and delted duplicate Tigerseye quest.
- Mushroom and Beetroot Cauldron recipes now require full buckets
- Text for Elementium ingot quest fixed to reflect usage of Fairy Ingot instead of Terrasteel.
- Warning text placed on 'Defeat Drowned Lugia' quest to explain to players that preparing an area to complete the quest is a must to avoid losing the Lugia.
- Lexica Botanica quest w/ Elven Knowledge should now properly check for NBT.
- A Quest exists for people like Pippin, who have never seen Tinkers before and are uncomfortable using it; it will refund three diamonds if they grind out a diamond pickaxe, and also confirm that, yes, diamond can't mine ancient debris.
- Obsidian mining tier revised back down to diamond level to make it easier to fix errors with badly formed newbie portals.
Pixelmon Quest Fixes
- The quest to send you to the Drowned dimension should now send you to the correct coordinates. The bug appears to be in 1.16 Pixelmon, where it's quest driven teleportation doesn't set the Y coordinate properly if one isn't already in the right dimension. The fix was literally tell Pixelmon to teleport you twice---first it does so to the right dimension, and then to the right coordinates.
- Likewise, Drowned Lugia should now predictably spawn 5 units above your head.
Held Item Tweaks
- Burmy berry drops are consistant across form.
- To encourage more theft, burmy now has a chance to have a held item relevant to its cloeak (e.g. sand for sand cloak burmy).
- Claydol now has a higher chance of holding an item (e.g. clay blocks)
- Pink Oddish, Gloom, and Vileplume held items fixed to match base variant.
- Pink Venonat held items fixed to match base variant
Nutrient Fixes
- The following items had nutrients added
- End Barbacue Stick
- Shulker Meat
- Raw Endermite Meat
- Liquid Dragon Egg
- Chorus Succulent
- Fish Slices
Species Fixes
- Noivern should be able to learn TM Fly. Super TMs doesn't check HMs, so it had to be added manually to the TM list.
Known Bugs
- If you had every part of the "Wailing Garth" quest completed except for the crimson blackstone before the 1.1.11 update, then your quest could enter a weird state where it was 100% complete but couldn't actually be completed. Running the following command would fix that: /ftbquests change_progress @p complete 6301625B36CF2B82
- Likewise if you had every part of the "Wailing Abyss" done but the Taurus and Umbreon before this update, your quest could enter the same problem state (100% complete but not completed). The command to complete the quest would be: /ftbquests change_progress @p complete 6523D16DB583E809
- If similar bugs happen in the future, you don't need to use one of the above command or figure out crazy quest numbers. Instead, remember that you can always enter quest editing mode (when cheats are enabled; open your game to lan and enable cheats if need be and type /ftbquests editing_mode true) and then right click on quests to complete them.
- Pixelmon in 1.16 has bugs with how 'needed nearby blocks' works. This means nearby blocks that should suppress spawns (e.g. nearby water suppressing desert spawns) or cause spawns (e.g. nearby water causing Maril to spawn) do not work the way /checkspawns says they work. /checkspawns will tell you a spawn is guaranteed to be modified within an 8x8x8 region around the block---a cube. But in reality, spawns are in an 8 block radius sphere, and very janky. We added a quest under bugs and limitations to mention this; keep it in mind when designing habitats, and add redundant 'nearby blocks'.
