Opus Novum aims to improve various aspects of the base game and truly functions as a "Vanilla+" modpack instead of pretending to do so *cough*. The main focus lies in introducing a variety of new quality-of-life features and missing but crucial optimizations, rather than content-related additions that feel out of place. As for content, there are of course a handful of new things that don't interfere with the game's core mechanics too much but greatly expand upon them, while still being lightweight.

⚙️ Smooth Gameplay & Stunning Visuals ⚙️
-Thanks to extensive optimization and bug fixes, the modpack can be played lag-free with just 4GB of allocated RAM!
-Additionally, Opus Novum supports shaders via Oculus, offering a visually appealing experience with the built-in, finely tuned Complementary Shaders - Reimagined alongside the Euphoria Patches extension.
🖼️ A Reimagined World 🖼️
-The Overworld has received a complete overhaul of its dungeons and biomes, with many existing ones reworked and a bunch of new ones added.
-A variety of new wildlife from Naturalist Lite can also be found, alongside long-lost fellas from Friends&Foes (Forge/NeoForge) who didn’t make it into the vanilla game.
-The Nether has also received minor changes, but most importantly, an old-but-gold counterpart has been made real—The Aether, a hostile paradise that comes with a lot of new content, including three new bosses!
💎 Tons of Quality of Life 💎
-Three mods: Quark, Supplementaries, and Amendments. Do I have to tell you more?
-Through Lootr (Forge & NeoForge), all generated containers in a world have unique loot for each player on a server, chosen from specific loot tables.
