Update chisel from 0.0.75 to 0.0.7.7

Update immersive engineering from 0.10-50 to 0.10-51
Update Just enough resources from 0.5.7.87 to 0.5.7.96
Update Railcraft from 10.0.0 to 10.0.1

All mod are the newest recommend version (until 12/1 2016) in this modpack.

Add some recipe of end game item. Such as Creative Energy of Extrautilities2.

You can craft creative mode only item in survive mode.
