Changelog Version 0.9.1.3

The questbook has been updated. Be sure to use the Quest Debug Wand after updating.

This update also includes a major overhaul of the Game Stage scripts. If you encounter errors, completely delete the Magiculture 2/scripts folder and replace it with the newest version.
