What's new

-Changed Iguana Tinkers' Tweaks to allow for leveling and extra modifiers (not random ones) and increased the amount of xp needed to get them.

- Changed Vein Miner to not have a list of blocks and allows you to mine all blocks if you use the right tool (for less conflicts with modded blocks)
