Added some various performance mods in hopes of increasing... performance

Added Glowing I Research, [requires Iron 1]

Buffed the Andesite Mechanical Drill pretty heavily, all recipes now only require 1mb fluid per craft, and runs at 1s/craft below 128rpm and 0.5s/craft at and above 128

Added a fluid for glow ink

balanced some create mixer recipe's fluid amounts (ie creosote in andesite research 144->100)
