UPDATE 5.4!

Additions:

-smooth out Enchanted progression (add emc to multiple items, add 3 new multiblocks, etc.)

-add a Energy Output dedicated to Dyson Swarm (1024 UHV A out, only usable on the Dyson Swarm Collector)

-add Tartarus Tower (multiblock for will generation in peaceful)

-add recipes to all of the AE p2p's

-add alternative recipe to Virtual Sacrificer

-add recipes to enchantments from Ad Astra: Giselle Addon (also the creative oxygen cell is craftable)

-add recipes for aqua essentia

-add some machines from Industrial Foregoing (I cut almost everything, 95% in LV, mob duplicator is in UHV, this is to prepare for 0.6.1)

-add default texture packs

-add recipes for cataclysm wires and cables

Modifications:

-modify the recipes for Advanced Heater & Advanced Cooler (no longer conflicts)

-modify the ULV & Steam quest chapters (finish up the Steam chapter & change the quest order in ULV)

-change Fluoronaquadic Acid recipe (hydrogen -> oxygen)

-modify multiple custom foil recipes (now craftable from plates)

-modify the Item Filter recipe so it can be done in LV (for Infusion Altar)

-change the recipe for EHNN Upgrade module (nether star -> quantum star)

Fixes:

-fix tags on multiple custom blocks

-fix appearance block on multiple multiblocks (now the texture should be connecting when formed)

-fix the recipe on EMC interface/import bus upgrade
