Battle powers now show accuratly for every saga character

New formula for battle powers that is more accurate when comparing to saga enemy power levels. This one is probably gonna need some tweaking.

If you want to help with that, find me at dmz discord and dm me your stats (including bonus stats) at the time you killed a saga enemy you felt was around your level
