What's new

1.0.0 — First release

  • Publication fix: replaced the discontinued No Nether Portals file with its supported 1.1.0 drop-in release and corrected the CurseForge manifest pin. Nether portal creation remains disabled.
  • Added Crafting Tweaks 8.1.9 and Default Options 9.2.8; retained the established machinery versions.
  • Added Start Here with eight guides covering resources, research, power, automation choices, controls, teams, backups and contracts.
  • Added four practical examples for Mekanism processing, an XNet production cell, an original Researcher feeding RFTools compression, and digital processing patterns.
  • Added ten optional, one-time factory contracts. Deliveries consume materials and award named commemorative certificates with no recipe, EMC or production function.
  • Preserved existing quest IDs and added no contract prerequisites to the original campaign or research.
  • Shipped first-run options and controls, protected the working instance's existing controls, and resolved FoamFix's competing options initialization.
  • Added native checks for initial settings, customized-key preservation, the pack's survival-world preset, starting items, contract consumption, team isolation, personal reward claims and save/load behavior.
  • Added a verified pre-release 0.2.0 snapshot. The import manifest pins 121 hosted mod files.

0.2.0 — Automation options

  • Added Mekanism, Mekanism Generators, XNet, RFTools and Industrial Foregoing, with McJtyLib, Tesla Core Lib and Forgelin.
  • Added the Automation Options chapter with 20 research unlocks and eight guides. The remake now has 37 research unlocks and 15 guides; existing IDs and earned research are retained.
  • Added an Industrial Control Core made from original factory materials. New automation paths work independently of AE2/Refined Storage.
  • Added factory-material recipes for key machines, crafters, network controllers, farms, generators and late extraction tools.
  • Added osmium recovery from nickel and iron, original clump/dirty-dust support in Mekanism, original-plastic conversion for Industrial Foregoing, and manufactured RFTools shards.
  • Added separate gates for gas processing, parallel factories, turbines/storage, fusion, advanced routing, material production, extraction and teleportation.
  • Preserved Factory0 resource definitions and original production scripts. Disabled new ore generation, retrogen and Mekanism chunk loading.
  • Removed ore-reconstitution loops and mob-spawning/Wither shortcuts; Deep Mob Learning remains the mob-resource route.
  • Kept the exact EMC allowlist, adding only equivalent Mekanism copper/tin ingots. No new machinery, alloys, circuits or research items have EMC.
  • Preserved the pre-expansion 0.1.0 pack and kept the new menu banner.

0.1.0

  • Added the requested quality of life, storage, building, smelting, wireless power and late-game alchemy mods.
  • Added AE2 Stuff, Refined Storage Addons and JEI Integration.
  • Added 17 research unlocks and seven guides in the Remake: Factory Research chapter.
  • Added Digital Control Cores, Factory Automation Cores, Wireless Control Cores and Quantum Transmutation Matrices using original factory materials.
  • Added factory recipes for Certus Quartz, Sky Stone and inscriber presses, preserving existing resource generation.
  • Rebalanced key recipes for storage, gadgets, furnaces, travel, Flux Networks and ProjectE.
  • Restricted large storage, automated crafting, wireless access, transmutation and EMC automation to separate research milestones.
  • Restricted EMC to an explicit basic-resource allowlist, including equivalent common metal ingots. Disabled time acceleration and the Tome of Knowledge.
  • Retained original progression scripts and Factory0 definitions; extended original automation permissions for the new systems.
  • Updated CraftTweaker to 4.1.20.715; retained the previous jar and a verified original pack backup.
  • Added a large industrial Feed the Factory Remake menu banner, replacing the small text heading, with visible credit to Vnator beneath it.
