Explorer's Eve - Wither Storm Modpack

Added yet another check to give the player a guidebook. In singleplayer, it should now happen almost instantly.
Adjusted Super TNT rarity in Catacombs. It now will only appear in 'tomb' chests instead of any chest. Made more common to compensate. Overall, finding Super TNT in a Catacomb should be about as likely as before, but you'll have to reach the lowest layers to find it. Will you dare to commit to it?
Added some red warning particles to the Withered Symbiont when it's about to finish recharging.
The Wither Storm advances to Phase 6.5 faster after reviving. This respects evolution speed config changes. It still takes just as long to go from 6.5 to 7.
Tweaked attack frequency in the Command Block fight, and also slightly optimized the functions to lag less. Hopefully.
Also added some more particles to the Command Block fight to make attacks more obvious/prettier.
