A lot of internal tweaks and changes, read full changelog.
1.01a: 

- fixed some nasty PMMO bug with breaking tile entities

- replaced mapperbase steel with immersive engineering steel in dungeon loot chests.

- prevent capacitor backpack from combining with Simply Jetpacks jetpacks, since it voids the capacitor backpack.

- add buzzsaw capability for breaking stone blocks with rockcutter blade.

- The harvestability issue has been fixed with the changes to NoTreePunching and inclusion of NaturalProgression.
- Able to salvage tridents to heart of sea.
- End Dragon quests have been fixed.
- A lot of quest wording and issues have been fixed (wrong biomes, comforts sleeping bags of any color, etc.).
- Made sugar cane grow for more of the year (any time it isn't snowing).
- changed Simple Storage Network controller recipe. Nether star is not required now.
- Fixed dough not showing correctly.
- Fixed some broken pmmo configs.
