This release: Create: Structures Arise removed

Its worldgen structures were simply too overpowered — the loot and prebuilt Create machinery they scattered across the world trivialized early and mid-game progression. The mod is gone; the world generates clean again.

Cristel Lib stays. It looks like a Structures Arise dependency, but William Wythers' Overhauled Overworld hard-requires it too — pulling it crashes the server at mod load. (Kept and covered by a test so nobody removes it again.)

Also cleaned up the leftover Modern Chickens entry in the CurseForge export tooling from the v2.41.0 purge.

Correctness & hardening (v2.40.0)

• Universal Press dupe removed — the inscriber recipe that minted a Universal Press per iron block (the press slot is a non-consumed catalyst) is gone.
• Chunky now actually works — the inert Bukkit build was replaced with the real NeoForge one, so pregeneration functions.
• Removed inert Chisels & Bits (Fabric-only jar that could never load on NeoForge).
• Croptopia market listings fixed — invalid seed/sapling entries (nectarine, vanilla, pomegranate) no longer fail to register.
• Maintainer-facing: safer test harness, localhost-bound Docker test profile, and a CurseForge reference validator that blocks a release if any referenced mod file has been deleted upstream.

Modern Chickens purged (v2.41.0)

The entire Modern Chickens resource-farming system was removed: the mod and its configs, all custom breeds, the KubeJS breeding/balance scripts and chicken market listings, the Chicken Apocalypse gateway (Gateways: 7 → 6), and the Modern Chickens quest chapter plus its 4 reward tables and the two chicken quests embedded in the Getting Started and Create chapters.

Vanilla chickens and chicken foods (Farmer's Delight roast chicken, chicken soup, etc.) are untouched.

Upgrading

Structures Arise structures already generated in your world will remain as terrain but their blocks are gone; a fresh world is recommended. The chicken purge in v2.41.0 likewise removes existing chicken entities/items from older saves.

Testing

All 458 headless server tests pass (mod loading, block placement, item spawning, recipes, quests, gateways, server-pack export).
