Create Copperfield Adventures 0.3.14-rc.1 - Rendering and Tractor Workshop
What's new
Create Copperfield Adventures 0.3.14-rc.1
Beta release candidate for Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.262 and Java 21.
Changes
- Fixes the reproduced water colour/transparency change when another player opens their inventory. WATUT stays installed and its inventory particles stay enabled; CVP restores the renderer state afterwards.
- JEG guns follow actual zombie, skeleton and pillager hands. Pillagers show aiming arms rather than crossed arms. Original JEG weapon assets are retained.
- Restores original JEG gun models in inventory, Creative and JEI slots, including bare Creative stacks. Display copies do not modify stored gun ammunition.
- Includes the previously developed tractor Workshop.3: Hoftraktor, Ackertraktor and Schwerer Ackertraktor, original 2D inventory icons, engine sounds and visual engine vibration, temporary tyre marks, detailed harvesting/plough/seeder/composter attachments and improved cargo/animal trailers.
- Adds the workshop crafting chain using wheels, axles, chassis, engine blocks and precision gearboxes. The basic Hoftraktor does not require quartz or a Precision Mechanism in its own recipe chain.
- Keeps the existing CVP Item Piles dependency. Do not additionally install the original Staaaaaaaaaaaack mod. Existing inventory stack limits remain normal.
- The other 60 CurseForge dependency pins and all existing configuration/datapack bytes are preserved. No new weapon damage, enchantment, boss or quest rule is introduced by these rendering fixes. The maintained candidate includes the already developed server PvP ledger.
Installation
Install the complete pack as one CurseForge profile. This is a Beta; enable Beta versions when choosing it in a launcher. Use Java 21 and the supplied NeoForge version. Existing servers need the matching integration version. Do not add a second CVP Integration JAR. Back up worlds before upgrading. This download does not automatically update an existing server or launcher profile.
Validation and limits
The rendering regression used a real localhost dedicated server and two real clients. All 36 playable gun definitions were exercised. The final JAR also passed a dedicated-server join, 57 real GUI screenshots and 1962 applicable slot pixel checks. See RENDER_TESTS.md for exact artifact hashes and which bytes were tested in each run. Workshop.3 tractor tests are documented separately. Fresh installation from the approved CurseForge download, human multiplayer play, external shader packs, NoRisk import and Iris Xe performance remain untested. No guaranteed server performance improvement is claimed.
