Create: Electronic Breakthrough

Huge changes to pam's recipes --> create sequenced assemblies, mixers and milling/crushing is necessary for a lot of food(almost all will be done in the future)
Removed the more minecarts mod as create 0.5 achieves what that mod does but better.
Added Diet and Super Saturation mods to a) encourage food variety and b) make pam's high saturation items that are now difficult to make be worthwhile automating and farming for.

Added Mekanism (although most recipes still need to fit the style of the modpack).

Added 3 datapacks, one adds a new tinkers material (more to come!), one nerfs the ametrine ore spawnrate from byg (to be used in tinkers perhaps in the future), and the last one nerfs some of the drops from the progressive difficulty mod.
