Finished all custom KubeJS Items, Blocks and Recipes.

Some assets and Code are from Create Live 5 by Blizzor, unofficial.

Also added the old Industrial iron set from Create Dreams and Desires as Steel for the production of Andesite Alloys.

Removed unused Items

Added Recipes for things that were not optainable in survival

Removed some not vanilla friendly Recipes

Tweaked other Recipes and removed the double Copper Nugget
