Updated Clientsided to 1.18.2
Replaced Cull Leaves with Cull Less Leaves (just because it looks better imo)
Removed Hydrogen because it doesn't have 1.18.2 support
Now Requires Fabric Loader 0.14 or later
Notes:
Changed file name format to: ClientSided-Version-Letter-Modloader-Version
Turned on distribution outside the CurseForge-Overwolf ecosystem to allow modpack installation on launchers that aren't Curseforge (Some mods haven't enabled this though)
Added Balm to the mod list since it was missing
