Minor Changes:
Forgot to change mod version in options
Balm (Fabric Edition) was missing from the modlist
Removed unnecessary configs from mods that I was trying out

Side notes:

Midnight lib wasn't actually in the previous version for some reason, so I'm just going to keep it that way since it works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
