Immersive Engineering Mineral Deposit Changes:

- Removed Iridium ore and Rutile ore from the Exavator as they break progression.

- Added Dimensional Shard ore to the "Platinum" mineral deposit.

- Added Black Quartz ore to the "Quarzite" mineral deposit.

- Created a new mineral deposit, "Yellorium" that yields Yellorite, Lead, and Benitoite ore.

- Created a new mineral deposit, "Tinkers" that yields Cobalt and Ardite ore.

- Created a new mineral deposit, "Osmium" that yields Osmium and Aluminum ore.

Updated several mods to their latest version.
