Removed MMD OreSpawn

Removed DenseMetals

 

Having both CoFH World and MMD Orespawn was causing a lot of headaches for a server to work. It worked fine for singleplayer

 

Added configs for CoFH so Netherending Ores actually do something on Nether and End dimensions.
