Welcome to Almost Vanilla Progressive!

This is a unique approach to an evolving modpack.

Here's what makes it unique:

The initial version of the modpack will contain very few mods that are mostly cosmetic, but do not significantly change Vanilla gameplay. (Chisels & Bits, Chisel, Flat Colored Blocks, Realistic Terrain Generation, etc.)

The next version (released approximately one month after initial release) will contain at least one major mod that will change gameplay significantly. Some examples could be Botania, Tinker's Construct, EnderIO, etc.. The specific mods that will be added have not yet been decided, but will most likely come from community suggestions.

This release schedule will continue indefinitely as interest demands! I will most likely not remove any mods as we progress (barring any significant bugs), so worlds should remain stable. Initial pre-release versions will work on prepping for addition of mods late in the game by pre-generating ores (that may not yet be useful)with substratum and possibly generating additional dimensions for new missing worldgen.

If you want to follow along, please check version list, and check the release dates for how long each version was played before the next mods were added.

Once the full release begins, major updates will most likely happen monthly with bug fix updates happening as needed.
