Fixed issues:

• Game launches without custom main menu (config issue)
• AE2 Quartz Fiber unobtainable (recipe is superseeded by Quartz Bolt)

Updated mods:

• CEU, CraftTweaker, Foamfix, GTCE, Gregicality, It's the little things, ModTweaker, Unlimited Chisel Works, Xaeros Mini+World map, all their dependicies and required libraries

Other:

• GTCE made some ID shifting! Custom recipes were adjusted to fix errors caused by this. BACKUP YOUR WORLD! (game should do it automatically for you)
