Xaero Custom Waypoint Colors

Adds a color picker option to Xaero's Minimap waypoints, letting them go beyond the preset colors.

What's new
- Fixed the scaling of the color picker at higher gui scales and resolutions. It should now always fit on the screen and should try and keep the same size depending on the scale (#3)
- Added a manual scaling option in case the auto scaling is too big / small (Mod Menu is needed to access the mod's settings) (#3)
- World folders for the custom waypoints now get deleted with the world
- Fixed custom waypoints not keeping their color on world transfer
- Fixed the dropdown menu defaulting to the custom option when editing a custom waypoint with a preset color selected on window resizes
