Description
VECTOR ITEMS
A workshop that answers back.
Transparent monitors you can see straight through. Projectors that lay a hologram over your floor. A drafting mat that draws the recipe you are halfway through. Glass that tells you what is stored in the room behind it.
Every screen in this mod is drawn as vector geometry at runtime — no baked screen images, no video textures, no film assets. Four small textures cover the physical casings, and that is the entire art budget.
The blocks
Transparent monitors — three sizes
Glass Monitor is the standard desk unit on an articulated arm. Signage is the small one for corridors and shopfronts. Wide is the control surface for the middle of a command room. Place two next to each other and they link into one continuous readout rather than repeating themselves.
Each screen picks what to show from what is actually around it: nearby storage and its contents, the state of your furnaces, hostiles in range, time and weather, your own gear.
Displays without an arm
Large Display — a black plinth two blocks wide with the glass standing directly on it. Holo Pillar Display — two blocks tall, for the corner of a room. Holo Wall Panel — thin, sits flush in a wall. Holo Ceiling Banner — hangs from above and reads from both sides.
Projectors
Holo-Emitter — the power unit. Floor, wall or ceiling. Holo-Table — a volumetric projection you walk around, not a flat panel. Room Projector — surveys the room it is standing in and lays a grid, ripples and light columns over the real floor. Holo Map Projector — the terrain around you, floating on an inverted cone of light.
Workbenches
Holo Workbench — a crafting table where the thing you are making floats above the top in three dimensions. Holo Mat — a white light-drafting mat that you lay on a desk. Also crafts. Line-art in blue on white.
Info Glass — 17 colours, plus panes
Ordinary glass in every respect: same hardness, same sound, same transparency. Step close and the surface writes what it knows onto itself. Build a wall of it and you get a readable board without a single machine block.
Machines
Servo Arm — a six-jointed work arm with four modes and its own config screen. Every one of its forty parts is drawn in code; it has no baked model at all.
Sentry Turret — engages hostiles within 16 m, but only when the line of fire is actually clear. It pulls ammunition from the container next to it, so it does not shoot forever.
Solarpunk Holo Sign
A small emitter that reads whatever it is standing next to and changes accordingly: crop maturity over a field, depth over water, contents over storage, heat over a furnace, headcount over a pen.
Vector Orb
An amber orrery that simply sits there and turns. It does nothing. It looks like the room is thinking.
Notes
- No HUD, no overlay, no keybinds. If you have not placed a block, this mod draws nothing on your screen. That is deliberate — the HUD lives in a separate mod.
- Needed on both sides. These are blocks, so the server needs the jar too.
- The scan that fills the storage panels only runs while a screen is actually asking for it, and it reads inventories — it never writes to them.
- Works with or without VECTOR HUD. Neither mod depends on the other.

Free, and always will be. Modpacks are welcome with credit and a link back. Please do not reupload the jar elsewhere — link here instead.
