Easy configuration for the modder an end user.

Its my take on a fabric configuration api. Usage instructions are here: https://github.com/indi-code/TinyConfig

If you were sent here from a crash log saying this is missing, tell the author of whatever mod requires it to Jar-In-Jar it. In the meantime, use the download here.

Modders please set this as an "embedded dependency" under the resources section with your files. That would be appreciated.
