Sol's Relic System (Crit System, Stats, and more.)

Minecraft's equipment into a full-blown RPG artifact system. Every weapon and armor piece that enters your inventory becomes a Relic — a piece of equipment with randomized stats, an XP-based leveling system, crit mechanics, set bonuses, and much more.

Sol's Relic System v1.4

Relic stats stay focused on combat equipment

  • Pickaxes, normal axes, shovels, and hoes cannot roll or receive relic stats.
  • Utility tools cannot be placed into relic weapon phantom slots.
  • Old relic data stored on tools is ignored and cleaned up.
  • Weapons, recognized modded weapons, armor, and supported special relic items continue to use the relic system normally.
  • ItemRarity utility perks continue working when both mods are installed.

Durability relic stat now works

The weapon Durability% relic stat now increases effective weapon lifetime. It is applied after vanilla durability processing, works with Unbreaking and Mending, and can protect the final durability point.

Enchantment Compatibility

Vanilla enchantments keep their normal role:

  • Efficiency is calculated normally before Break Efficiency multiplies the resulting tool speed.
  • Fortune and Silk Touch apply to every block broken by a gathering perk.
  • Durability Guard works without Unbreaking. If both exist, Unbreaking checks first and Durability Guard checks any remaining durability loss.
  • Mending and normal repairs continue to work.
  • Sharpness, Power, and other combat enchantments remain unchanged.

When both mods are installed, RelicSystem disables ItemRarity's weapon and armor stat modifiers by default to avoid automatic combat-stat double stacking. Utility perks are independent and remain active.
