What's new

Added Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3 (Fabric and NeoForge), plus 1.20.1, 1.21.11 and Fabric builds.
New config screen powered by YetAnotherConfigLib, wired through BaguetteLib (Mod Menu on Fabric, mods list on NeoForge/Forge). Requires BaguetteLib and YACL.
Config now lives in config/smoothscrolling.json and reloads with F3+T. Existing 1.21.1 NeoForge settings are imported automatically.
1.21.11 and 26.x: static hotbar selector, chat scroll speed, separate suggestion list smoothness and speed, smooth text input fields.
26.x: creative inventory scroll speed and a resource pack compatibility mode.
Fixed chat, entry list and creative inventory smoothing on 1.21.11, chat masking with chat scale on 1.20.1, and a missing MixinExtras dependency on Forge 1.20.1.
Added translations: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese.
