Sky's Building Pieces – Biomes O' Plenty

More ways to build with your favourite Biomes O' Plenty materials.

This add-on brings the building shapes and flexible placement from Sky's Building Pieces to BOP's woods, stones and gem blocks. Use matching materials for smaller details, wall panels, roof edges and all the awkward gaps that full blocks leave behind.

Building pieces

• Horizontal and vertical slabs.
• Steps and corners for finer details.
• Stairs for materials that don't already have them.
• Walls for stone and gem materials.
• Matching textures and material properties.
• Ordinary crafting recipes, with no templates or cutting tools.

Existing BOP slabs and stairs are reused rather than duplicated. Wooden walls are not included; BOP's fences and gates remain available as normal.

Flexible placement

Use the same slab item to place horizontal or vertical halves, depending on where you click. Breaking a vertical slab returns the regular slab, so there are no separate vertical items to keep in your inventory.

Matching pieces can combine into supported larger shapes or their original full block.

Extras in Minecraft 1.12.2

The 1.12.2 version also brings back the Flower Basket, with 18 slots for suitable plant items such as flowers, saplings and leaves.

Right-click with the basket in either hand to open it. While carried in your main inventory, it automatically collects suitable plants you pick up. Craft one from six wooden sticks.

This version also provides replacements for retired BOP stone formations and jelled poison, with upgrade support for supported older BOP content.

Use the matching Minecraft versions and install the add-on and its required mods on both the client and server. Mineralogy is optional.

This mod does not generate terrain and does not require Sky's Terrain Smoother.

Always back up your world before updating Minecraft or changing your mod list.
