Moved around the combat manual so it actually makes sense and isn't broken.

- Demon hunter now procs on airborne instead of sneaking attacks. It just makes more sense.

- Added extra visual/audio feedback for the following skills: boulder brace, petrify, demon hunter, fatal cadence, feint, all hexes, timberfall.

- Fixed unaware mobs parrying under weird circumstances.
