Convert certain regions of your overworld to be peaceful.
The config file has a Y level that you can change, default is y=63
Prevents mob spanws that are both Natural (meaning not egg or spawner blocks) and Monster types (not animals).
Mod is currently still early stages of beta, more features will be added soon
