Orevolution!

"Neoforged" Major Update (5.0.0):

- Main Additions:
[+] Ported to 1.21.1
[+] Reworked Electrum Powers (Oreganized Compat)
[+] Fixed Config for Electrum/Copper Durability
[+] Localized most config options for Orevolution's Config screen
[+] Integrated orevolution's items into some vanilla structures

- Missing/removed features:
[-] Shield Compat (missing)
[-] Next Tier Tooltip (removed)
[-] Copper Compat (Technically it's there, but it doesn't work cuz why would it, right?)

[!!!] Some very small stuff doesn't work. the most essential and even the more mundane aspects of the mod are completely fine, but things like disabling mod progression aren't working.
