Lattice Grid Nether Portals

Limit where nether portals can be built along fixed grid lines

Portals can only be built along the grid lines, by default they are set to 500x500 squares.

This means you can build a portal at X Z coordinates of 0,500 , or 0,1000 or 500, 1500 but not in random places all over the map

Also has config settings that let you disable re-lighting the portal from the nether or other dimensions

i used to play on a server long ago with plugins that limited portals.  So that portals would only exist at 0,0 or 500,500 or 1500,1500 and all similar coordinates.  This forced everyone to both build near portals and make communities, and also make overworld rail travel networks
