What's new
It is highly recommended to delete your original MagiChem config file and let it regenerate.

New Features
- Added the Grand Fusery, the last of the big three endgame devices.
- Added the Standing Retort, a device that be placed on top of a Fume Filter and provided elemental materia. The Standing Retort will drip-feed a droplet version of the materia supplied to the Fume Filter below. Droplets generate 50% more Eldrin Power, but evaporate extremely quickly when removed from the machine.
- Added a functional use for the Harmoniscope, previously only used as part of reprocessing the T5 reagent for the Circle of Power. Can now also be used to break crystalline blocks within two blocks of a clicked point; each shattered block will drop itself. This notably allows you to collect Budding blocks. Sneaking constrains the breakage to a single block.
- Added Signalite, an advanced, magical form of redstone inspired by Automagy's Redcrystal. Directionality can be fully controlled, configuration can be locked with Admixture of Permanence, and the block can be hidden with Admixture of Lies.
- Added Signalite Variants, special Signalites with advanced redstone logic features (like averaging or adding signals together or generating random numbers).
- Added the Signalite Seer, a ranged comparator. Set what block it's monitoring by using a Rune of Marking on it.
- Added Singing and Listening Signalite, used for ranged redstone signal transmission.
- Added Budding Signalite, which grows signalite over time. This is a later game convenience, signalite can also be created by anointing Redstone Dust with Admixture of the Crystal.
- Added Litanies, items craftable on the Alchemical Nexus that can be used to upgrade Basic construct parts into their more advanced forms. Currently there are only Litanies to upgrade Heads and Torsos. Directly upgrading Heads from the Nexus has been removed.
- Added construct conditions for Device Needs Provisioning? and Device Needs Sorting?.
- Added an Info Panel recipe type used to display JEI information for items that don't have conventional crafting recipes.

Tweaks & Balance Changes
- The Coloring Cauldron now has two modes, Additive (uses one dye color and dyes 3 items that color) and Subtractive (the way it worked previously). Cauldrons are in Additive mode by default and become Subtractive when a passive heat source is placed underneath.
- Vinteum Crystal Blocks have reworked visuals with connected textures and models and are no longer just a recolored Amethyst Block.
- Moved the Conjurer from T3 to T2 to enable building your dream base earlier.
- Right clicking a Materia Manifest with bottled materia will skip the GUI and begin tracking the first instance of that type within the monitored area.
- Advancements have been overhauled so that there's only two MagiChem tasks on each tier. Each task is an aggregate of two or three other things to do and has a big fancy shape on the Advancement screen.
- Alchemical devices can now be cleaned using a Splash spell.
- Altered the ratio of Grime to pieces of Alchemical Waste during cleaning. You should end up with a lot less Waste now.
- Traveller's Compass reduced to T1 and now lists what direction you're facing. If you have no active Thaumaturgic Compass selected, it lists the distance to your bed and the distance to world spawn instead.
- Added a Siphoning Mode toggle to the Alchemical Nexus's GUI. You can now select whether the Nexus should be allowed to empty jars completely or whether it has to leave at least one dram in each jar to preserve typing.
- Added Distillation/Fabrication recipes for almost everything added in 1.20. Of note, added Distillation recipes with a very high payout to vanilla pottery sherds to encourage archaeology.
- Added a rather expensive recipe to create a Netherite Smithing Template on the Alchemical Nexus.
- Added a large amount of Admixture of the Wizard to scribed spell recipes.
- Added a significant amount of processing lifespan to each reagent in the Circle of Power. This should make it easier to design pretty bases that are still functional instead of having to optimize the bajeezus out of Construct pathing.
- Massively boosted the experience gains of the Study construct task to make it comparable to villager trading.
- Two-State Levers now output a full signal of 15 when turned on instead of 1 so that they can actually disable Lodestars.
- Deluge Purifier, Inferno Engine, and Gale Pressurizer tanks had their default capacity increased from 2B to 5B.
- MagiChem configs are now all server side.
- Added recipes to recycle some of your early game alchemy stuff that gets replaced (Materia Jars can be crushed by a construct back into glass panes, the Circle of Toil can be distilled).
- JEI panels for Sublimation recipes now list additional experience costs that the recipe may have. This does not factor in the per-stage slurry cost because that's variable with the power level of the Nexus.

Bug Fixes
- MagiChem animations should no longer be chunky and low-framerate on servers.
- Massaged some existing Distillation/Fabrication recipes. The biggest notable change is that the Hellfire Trident is no longer fabricatable and that vines now are fabricatable.
- Distillation recipes are no longer capped to a single stack of any type of Materia (though for Minecraft-side reasons, a recipe can have no more than 255).
- The Materia Anointing recipe icon dummy no longer appears in the JEI list.
- Bottom of the Grand Circle of Fabrication is no longer bright green.
- Fixed a serialization bug with Anointing and Conjuration recipes, they should behave on servers now.
- Clicking an empty slot in the Materia Manifest no longer crashes the game.
- Items with a reduced output rate (like Sticks) now distill proportionately faster. For example, an item with a 10% output rate will distill 10x faster (1.0 / 0.1 = 10.0).
- Grand Circle of Fabrication, Grand Centrifuge, and Fusery now accept provisioning from all blocks instead of only from their center.
- Hovering vessels on the Grand Circle of Fabrication should no longer have texture errors.
- Alchemical Nexus keeps its power level setting and slurry when broken and replaced.
- Fixed several crashes with the Traveler's Compass.
- Grime should no longer hit a short overflow and go negative on servers.
- Grand Distillery and Grand Centrifuge now use the proper operation time calculation. You should see an improvement in operation time over the Distillery and Centrifuge even at the lowest power setting now.
- Certain construct parts are no longer invisible on the Circle of Toil.
- Fixed certain actuators not updating the device they're plugged into on their status changes.
- Actuators drop their item contents when broken (except for unbottled materia)
- The Vareigator's provision requesting logic should be correct now.
- Fixed several issues with construct materia sorting/provisioning logic.
- Ritual of the Balanced Scales should no longer crash if unloaded while active.
- Gale Pressurizer now correctly multiplies operation time on the Fusery.
- Circle of Power now emits light.
