What's new

Fixed parsed loot condition & function processing (Issue 63)
Fixed error reporting causing NullPointerExceptions (Issue 62, Issue 64)

Additionally I have greatly expanded LootTweaker's internal test to cover the issues fixed in this patch and much more,
so regressions and new bugs in new releases should show up less often.
