InSanity

This mod was made by request, as the Sanity mod has no way of querying a user's sanity and the only command it offers sets the complete value.

Command: /adjustsanity amount [optional player name]

If player name is omitted, the adjustment will be performed on the player executing the command. Specifying an amount as a floating point value will increase it, and as a negative floating point value will decrease it. If the person performing the command is not the same person the command is being performed on, they will receive a message upon a success.
