A helper mod for FTB Inferno

Adds blocks to be used used in FTB Inferno scripting

- Features offered by the project: blocks with new textures. The blocks do nothing.
- How those features affect a user's experience: The blocks can be placed in world. No recipe, must be creative or use mods to acquire them.
