This mod adds Dynamic Sound Managers to Minecraft. These managers can be created by other mods and will allow the user to play whatever audio files when a certain audio event happens.
Though not strictly necessary for normal users, In order to access the config panel Mod Menu is required.
Furthermore, malilib is required.
