Block Highlighting

A mod that allows other mods to register Highlighter to higlight blocks on the clients
Similar to Block Highlighter.
Every Highlighter can be configured over modmenu -> Block Highlighting.
Various Highlighters can be disabled and the colors of the bounding box and faces can be edited. Furthermore the render range can also be changed.
