When i kill someone with the chaotic stafff of power, the openblock grave doesn't appear (i also have apotheosis installed, but the enchantment "knowledge of the ages" is not on my staff so it should not act like if it was), and all the stuff is just lost...
Why does not it work Chaotic Staff of Power? Please fix it!

If you're talking about the fact that the Chaotic Staff of Power is nerfed until it's chaos is stabilized, then it's supposed to do that. Please read the appropriate entry in Project Intelligence on how to build the stabilizer and stabilize your tools.
How does one activate the chaos stabilizer ritual? PI says nothing(I have edit mode on) on how to activate the flipping thing and it doesn't have any extensive info on it, like if it works in a curtain range, is it a one time thing that stabilizes the armor forever (like an upgrade in the fusion thing that stays forever with the armor)
AND THE FINAL QUESTION: WHEN IT STABILIZES DOES IT HAVE HIDE ARMOR??????

You are correct in that PI says nothing about how to use it. I intended for the usage of it to be more of an experimentation process than directly telling you how to do it. I'll add in some more info, but not too much. Also, there's no need to put it in Edit Mode anymore since the latest version of DA fixes that bug. Watch the core; you'll know when the ritual is active.
I will say this, though; yes, this is a one-time ritual, and yes, all of the previous abilities of the Draconic Armor (and Staff) are restored once the ritual is complete.

Can't seem to find much of any info on these items...
Got any place where one can read about them? cause i can't find any place either in-game or any forums... maybe i'm blind as a mole, but i'm not finding ANYTHING...
And how does one even "Stabalize" the chaotic armor if that is even a thing?
PI (Project Intelligence) holds NO info on how to do this, and using the Draconic Tablet only opens PI, sooo... Where can i learn more about this mod's content?

Project Intelligence does actually have documentation for it that I have added, but for whatever reason, it does not detect that my mod is installed, and therefore will not display the content.
I know it's stupid, but if you download the PIDocs repository and turn on Edit Mode in PI, you'll be able to see and read the documentation.

Hey :D First off all you made a really nice add on and I really appreciate your work. I have two questions I wanted to ask you "Mod Developer" (I cant send links yet sry :( )
1. I can not configure the chaotic staff of power in the Draconic Evolution GUI. Is it not in the add on yet or do I miss something?
2. You mentioned a ritual of stabilization. I tried to build the multiblock, but it doesnt work. What am I doing wrong? Could you help me with those problems? Thank you!

I just noticed that I can not get a recipe for the chaos stabilizer core. How do you fuse/craft this core? Thank you in advance.

That's still a WIP. I plan to make a recipe for it (and fix a lot of bugs) this week, as I'm finally on vacation.
Hide armor does not appear to be working even after stabilizing, the option is there but it does nothing. Sorry I can't reply to comments yet as I am new to curseforge
