Fixed bugs with chaos injection.

Added the ability to infuse LC from a player with chaos injected into their bloodstream into a held Chaos Container.

Removed the ability (temporarily, as it crashes the game) to infuse a mob with LC from a Chaos Container.

Added Chaos Extractor.  This machine moves the ability to extract LC from Chaos Hearts from the Chaos Liquifier and adds the ability to extract LC from modular items that have Chaos Holder Modules.

Added Chaos Crystalizer.  This machine crystalizes LC back into Chaos Shards, albeit at a slow rate.
