Anicent City Overhaul v4

• Added 11 new Smaller Structure parts, inspired by Dungeons 2 Dungeons
• Overhauled the loot tables:
  • the small houses roll for their own loot table now, not able to generate diamond gear/tools or the silence trim
  • houses also generate less loot in general
  • Temples generate more loot overall
  • the redstone lab under the Sift Portal got its own new loot table with redstone components
  • temples and houses have a 1/20 chance to roll for the vanilla loot table instead, to still work with mods.
