DSC 1.1.12

Configuration

Replaced the old digitalstorage.json configuration with a documented TOML configuration.
Configuration options are now grouped and include descriptions, ranges, units, and examples where appropriate.
Existing JSON configuration values are migrated automatically on first launch.
The old JSON file is archived after a successful migration instead of being deleted.
Added /digitalstorage reloadconfig for reloading the configuration without restarting the server.
Invalid TOML reloads now keep the last valid runtime configuration instead of replacing it with broken values.

Server Performance

Adjusted several default settings for new installations to reduce per-tick workload and prioritize server TPS stability.
Hopper retry intervals are now more conservative.
Migration scanning and persistence work are spread across more ticks.

Upgrade Notes

Existing server configuration values are preserved during migration. The new TPS-oriented defaults mainly affect fresh installations or settings that were not previously configured.
